Big Tits Zombie- Review

If from the title you thought Big Tits Zombie would be about tits and zombies, then you’d be right, however, if you were wishing to see a film about some big-titted zombie then you’ll be disappointed. Big tits zombie is an adaptation of the Manga ‘Kyonyū Dragon’, and I should say that If you’ve ever seen any anime, or even read manga, then you should know what to expect with this film. Generally, its entertaining and keeps your attention only because of its short run time of 73 minutes.
The plot revolves around five strippers who find an abandoned room in the club they work in that is full of antiques and a well. Amongst the antiques, one character, Maria, finds ‘The book of the Dead’, and tries to raise the dead by reading from it; and although it doesn’t happen straight away, the whole of Japan is soon populated by flesh eating zombies that have crawled out of the well in the basement. Maria finds that she can command the zombies using The Book of the Dead, and turns on the other girls. What ensues are numerous video game-like fight scenes full of bad special effects as the remaining strippers attempt to stay alive and seal off the well to stop zombies entering from hell.
At first the film comes across as quite amateurish, however, it is clear that in fact, Its very tongue in cheek, poking fun at itself throughout, creating random yet humourous viewing. I’m glad seeing this film did not cost me much, as its not worth money. However, if one day you decide you want to watch a genre confused film about girls in skimpy outfits and zombie massacres with bad special effects and subtitles then this is the film for you.
